| | I am in an argument. If my ball COMES TO REST against a moveable object on the course, e.g. piece of wood, should I then move the object and my ball moves, I understand that I incur a penalty stroke. The argument. What if, when chipping in from off the green, the ball COMES TO REST trapped between the edge of the hole and the flag. If I then move the flag so that the ball drops into the cup, the ball moving from rest, do I incur a penalty stroke? If I do incur this stroke and do not record it then the card I put in would be incorrect incurring disqualification from the tournament. Help!! |
